We process different types of Personal Data. The Personal Data listed below (among others) may be processed by us. We do not process sensitive personal data of the end-user, such as information about your race, political opinions, health, religious and other beliefs, sexual orientation, and the like.
Visitors of the Website

Purpose | We process your Personal Data to assess your application and to contact you about the progress of the application procedure. In addition, we may use your data to identify future suitable vacancies and to inform you about them. |
Legal Basis | We process this data based on your consent and, in some cases, based on our legitimate interest in conducting an efficient and effective recruitment process. You can withdraw your consent at any time. |
Customers and their registered users
Collected Personal Data | Name, email address, address, telephone and fax number, gender, age, professional jobs and activities, demographic data, IP address, information related to the hardware, software, and network used, information about local storage. |
Purpose | If you are one of our customers (or a user of a customer), we process your Personal Data to provide you with the products and services you have requested and to send you our invoice. |
Legal Basis | We process this data based on the performance of a contract with our customers and their registered users. In addition, certain processing may occur based on our legitimate interest to maintain, secure, and improve the Platform. In cases where legally required, we ask for your consent for specific processing activities. |
Website hosting
We use Hoasted for managing and hosting the Website. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Hoasted B.V.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity.
Social Media Providers
Through our websites, you can follow us on social media channels, such as YouTube and LinkedIn, e.g., via a ‘follow’ button or a hyperlink that directs you to the respective social media channel. When you click on a follow button or hyperlink, the respective social media provider collects your Personal Data directly from you, without us sharing it. We are a Belgian company and, in principle, we strive to process your Personal Data exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, it is possible that your Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside the EEA – through our (sub)processors.
If your Personal Data is transferred to a country where an adequate level of protection does not apply according to the applicable legislation, we will take the necessary measures to ensure an equivalent level of protection. This can be done, for example, by using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by implementing other appropriate safeguards.
We have developed appropriate technical and organizational measures, safeguards, and guarantees to process your Personal Data in accordance with applicable Belgian and European regulations, and in particular to protect your Personal Data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration.
Furthermore, we have concluded a processing agreement with our (sub)processors to secure your Personal Data and have taken various internal measures regarding confidentiality. We make all reasonable/necessary efforts to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Data.
We do not retain your Personal Data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is stored. We retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain it to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We also retain usage data (i.e., data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Website or the Platform itself) for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Website or our Platform, or when we are legally obligated to retain this data for a longer period.
